doing the right project at the right time and to ensure that the program developed meets the owner’s long-term strategic objectives.  FS Program Management seeks to avoid the time and cost associated with bringing on expensive professional support teams too early in the process.

Although FS Program Management will support all facility-related capital programs, the Principal owner, Henry Fitzgerald, has many years experience in the development of biopharmaceutical facilities and is equally experienced in educational facilities.
